Cold Brew Blend
A coarse-ground blend made for a slow, overnight steep.
Arabica for sweetness, a little robusta for body. Ground coarse and packed in filter bags: steep one in a litre of cold water for 16 hours for a smooth concentrate that keeps a week in the fridge.
