Estate Arabica, Medium Roast
Our everyday coffee: cocoa, orange peel and a clean jaggery sweetness.
Picked ripe from plots under silver oak at 1,400 metres, washed on the estate and dried slowly on raised beds. A medium roast keeps the fruit bright while rounding out the body, so it works as espresso and as filter.
Available as whole bean, or ground to order for your brewer.
